Complete this form to disconnect your phone, Internet, or Bell Aliant TV services. Once we process your request you'll receive a confirmation by email.

The account must have been established in your name in order to request a disconnect.

Please Note: Disconnects will take place at any time between 12AM and 11:59PM on the date you've requested.

PLEASE NOTE that Bell Aliant requires no less than 30 days advance notice for cancellation of service on the following; Bell Aliant Value Packages (Local Service included), long distance plans, Internet Services and Bell Aliant TV. If the date entered above does not provide this minimum notice, your account will be charged for service until the end of the Notice Period. If partial notice is provided, your account will only be billed the equivalent of the remaining notice period.

Forwarding phone number:
This option lets you refer callers to another number after you’ve been disconnected. This service is available for no additional charge and will remain in place for approximately 3 months after you disconnect

Bell Aliant Internet Service

*CHOOSE AN INTERNET OPTION:
   I do not currently have Internet Service With Bell Aliant

          for high-speed).
If you choose to keep your Internet service, we will contact you before your telephone service is disconnected. If you prefer, you can change your Internet package at that time.

If you are disconnecting High-Speed service, you must return your modem (with power cord). See the "Equipments Returns" section below.

Bell Aliant TV Service

If you have Bell Aliant TV Service, this will be disconnected at the same time as your phone service. Please refer to the “Equipment Returns” section below.

Equipment Returns

To avoid charges on your bill, please return any of the following equipment to your nearest "Full Service" Bell Aliant Dealer or Store location within 30 days of disconnecting your service:
  • Bell Aliant High-Speed modem
  • Bell Aliant TV set-top box
  • Rental phone set
